Common questions

How does the $7/week direct debit work?
Once you sign up, $7 is debited weekly from the payment method you provided. You can pause or cancel anytime with 5 business days’ notice.
What happens if I miss a week?
Nothing. Your benefits keep rolling, and the weekly debit continues. Pause if you’ll be away for an extended period.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Up to 4 weeks per year (eg travel, illness). Email us to pause.
How do I cancel?
Email us with 5 business days’ notice. No fees, no hassle.
Do credits expire?
Longevity Rewards credits do not expire while your membership is active.
Can I share my membership with family?
Memberships are non-transferable. Each family member needs their own.
Is unlimited red light really unlimited?
Yes, fair-use up to once per day. Sessions are 12 to 20 minutes each.
How do I claim the $10 off?
It is automatic. Your member rate is applied at booking and at the till.
