Nurtured by Steph is the dedicated pre and postnatal Pilates stream at The Health Studio. Stephanie has trained specifically in pregnancy-safe and postnatal Pilates, with a calm, encouraging style that meets new mums where they are.
Every session is private. We work around your week, your energy, and your body. You are never asked to push through what does not feel right.
Most clients start in the second trimester and come back through pregnancy. Postnatally, we start with breath, pelvic floor, and gentle reactivation, then progress as you are ready.
Who it suits
Pregnant clients (12 weeks+)
Maintain strength, mobility, and confidence through pregnancy.
Brand-new mums (6 weeks postnatal+)
Reactivate the basics safely. Cleared by your GP first.
Mums months or years postnatal

Safety and clearance
For postnatal clients, we ask that you have had your 6-week (or longer) check with your GP and been cleared for exercise. For pregnant clients, we will always defer to your obstetrician or midwife if there are any concerns. Tell us at booking about any conditions like pelvic instability, separation (diastasis), or pre-eclampsia and we will plan accordingly.
