REMEDIAL MASSAGE | BROOKVALE
Sports and remedial massage that gets you moving again
Hands-on treatment for the necks, backs, and overworked bodies of Northern Beaches locals. With Vaughan Hay, registered remedial massage therapist.

What is sports and remedial massage?
Sports and remedial massage is targeted bodywork. The aim is simple: find what is tight, sore, or out of balance, and work on it directly. It is not a relaxation rub. You will feel pressure. You should feel better afterward.
Most clients come in for the same kinds of things: stiff necks from desks and phones, lower back tightness, sore shoulders from lifting kids or training, and the deep aches that come from running, surfing, or just getting older. Each session starts with a quick chat, then 50 minutes of focused hands-on work.
You do not need a referral. Most major health funds rebate remedial massage when delivered by a registered provider. Vaughan is registered, and your receipt will include the right provider details.
